Brian Cash

Brian is an ex-professional footballer with over 20 years’ experience. Having represented Ireland up to U21 level and an eight year stint at Nottingham Forest, he returned home to play in the League of Ireland for an additional six years.


Brian used his vast experience as a pro athlete to further his career in the fitness industry.


He’s also a Nutrition Coach, Level 4 Personal Trainer, and Strength and Conditioning Coach, with a wealth of knowledge in current training techniques like Kettlebells & TRX.

PJ has been a pro footballer for nearly 20 years!

An expert in Functional Movement & Sport Specific Conditioning (including golf), PJ was Strength & Conditioning Coach for St Patrick’s Athletic in 2014.


He’s now also a present day tutor for the FAI and player/coach @St Patrick’s Athletic.
